1. Shipping Locations
Crispique currently ships across India. We are working towards expanding our shipping network to serve more locations in the future.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
In case of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended, and customers will be informed accordingly.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
Express shipping: 2-4 business days (available for select locations)
Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges vary based on the location and will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can track your order using the provided link.
6. Undelivered or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
We will investigate and provide a resolution as per our refund & replacement policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services globally.
