We hope you're satisfied with your purchase from crispique.com. However, if it’s not the right fit, you may return or exchange items within 10 days of purchase. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. For in-store purchases where multiple payment methods were used, refunds will be processed in the following order: Gift Cards first, then Credit/Debit Cards, and finally cash.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

Unused and in Original Condition – The product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
Proof of Purchase – A receipt or order confirmation is required. Without proof of purchase, we cannot process a return or exchange.
Returned Within 10 Days – Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase.

Additional Information

Return Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must follow instructions provided by crispique.com staff.
Non-Returnable Reasons – Items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or color choice unless they are faulty, damaged, or missing.
Processing Time – Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible upon receiving the returned item(s). An email confirmation will be sent once your refund is initiated.
Third-Party Payment Delays – crispique.com is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers in processing refunds.
